Your child’s school has booked me to visit this World Book Day and I couldn’t be more excited! My name is Sarah Parkinson and I’m the Author and Illustrator of the Amazon best-selling children’s book series ‘The Tales of Willow Park’. I was born and raised in Stockport and have a BA from University of Central Lancashire. Now I live with my beautiful family in Oswestry writing books, illustrating for other authors and take on creative projects that I enjoy – like working in a partnership with another local Artist to paint a MASSIVE mural in my town!

I’ve overcome many mountains to get where I am and I’m very proud to be able to share my story.
